Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process that is used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of Aluminium alloys. Anodizing process increases corrosion resistance and surface hardness of Aluminium alloy. Anodizing permits dyeing (colouring) of the outer surface for better aesthetics and improves lubrication of the part or improved adhesion.

Cast & Alloys surface plating facility does Hard Anodizing (HA) Type-III and Sulphuric Acid Anodizing (SCA) Type-II. We have Electrolytic Die Deposition and dye colouring for Type-II anodizing.

We truly understand our responsibility towards environment and global warming. We continually strive to ensure that we consume less of natural resources like water through better process improvement. The waster chemicals or water are recycled through ETP and clean or recycled water is used as per compliance of consent.
