INHOUSE SERVICES OFFERED
For our casting and forging parts, we offer the following processes
Machining
Many of our customers need high precision parts duly machined. Our in-house machine
shop can perform turning, milling, cutting, burnishing, and drilling operations to tight
tolerances within microns.
Assembly
Some customers require parts to be assembled or sub-assembled prior to shipping to their
facility. In such case we as a company invest in the invest in required sub assembly or pre-
assembly lines to meet customer requirements
Anodizing
For parts having anti-corrosion, wear resistant properties and parts that fall in high aesthetic
category require Anodizing. Anodizing processes build up a protective layer in a controlled
environment and can add colouration to the part simultaneously. The resulting anodizing
layer is incredibly tough, scratch-resistant, and immune to corrosion. Colouration adds
aesthetic value to the component and various shades of dye are available. Anodizing is low
cost and completely non-hazardous.
Plating and Coating
Occasionally, a customer is looking Powder coating. In such case we outsource the plating
to our approved vendor, where the process parameters for the coating are set in alignment
with our Quality team thereby ensuring the Quality requirement of our customers. We
conduct periodic salt spray testing on outsourced parts to ensure plating thickness and
plating life compliance.
Complex Inspection
Cast & Alloys has sophisticated in-house inspection facilities namely CMM, Tensile Testing,
Hardness, Spectrometer, Ultrasonic Testing etc. However, if a customer requires additional
inspection such as 3D Scanning, X Ray examination, Xenon Arc Test etc, Cast & Alloy has a
network of approved Inspection facilities that can provide such services.

We can guarantee that all products have passed through a strict set of quality standards. We utilize industry-standard process tracking method’s such as automotive standard Part Production Approval Process, to ensure that each step is completed adequately.
Lead Times
When the entire process is designed with the end in mind, and outside suppliers are considered from the beginning, lead times can be minimized. We can have parts sent out and returned from vendors within planed timeline and getting customers their products faster.
