Cast & Alloys employs environment friendly foundry practice. We use ready Aluminum Alloys Ingots of various grades and master alloys for metal treatment, thereby ensuring very low emission. We are investing in Industry 4.0 solutions that will make our Foundry a Digital Foundry, where real time data will be acquired without human intervention from Furnace and Casting Machine. This data will help us maintain total traceability of the casting and will help in continual improvement in Quality. We handle wide range of Aluminum Alloys to meet customer requirements.

Hydraulic Trimming Press

We have invested in Thyristor Controlled – Drop Bottom Quench Heat Treatment Furnace with HMI (Human Machine Interface). Heat Treatment Cell consists of Solution Treatment – Water Quenching – Annealing. We heat treat casting and forgings to customer specifications i.e. T5, T6. Our Heat Treatment Furnaces are equipped with Datalogger which enables us track precise Heat Treat cycles specific to casting or lot, thereby proving us with complete traceability. In-house testing facilities like Brinell Hardness Tester, Computerized UTM for UTS, YS & EL, and Digital Microscope for Microstructure are used to ascertain and ensure the compliance to the customer specification.

Shot blasting for Aluminium Casting and Forging is done to improve the surface texture. We have VFD Driven shot blasting machines that delivery very high surface finish using small grit steel shots. The surface finish derived far exceeds customer expectations.
