The company has a Standard Room equipped with test and measuring equipments to measure most parameters of components manufactured by us, with greater degree of accuracy. All components are subject to 100% visual inspection and dimensional inspection of critical parameters prior to dispatch. The components manufactured thus shall confirm strictly to customer’s requirements i.e. mechanical, chemical, physical and micro requirements as per the International Standards.

All gauges, measuring and test equipments are subject to periodic calibration to International Accredited Calibration Laboratory. Gauge R&R for critical measuring parameters conducted as per Quality Plan.
