Permanent Mould Die Castings
The company manufactures permanent mould die castings in the weight range 0.250 gms to 10 Kgs., in weight irrespective of complexity. The gravity castings can be supplied raw, heat-treated or in fully machined conditions meeting customers specifications on metallurgy, physical properties and dimensional accuracies.
The company caters gravity die cast components for automotive, air compressor and other engineering applications.

Castings with Inserts
We have the capability to cast inserts in required shapes, sizes and materials into our permanent mould aluminum castings. This technology is commonly used to overcome two situations. One where in providing brass threads instead of aluminum for more durability and second is benefiting from the weight savings of aluminum without compromising strength where you need it.

For example, a high stress area can be reinforced with a steel insert while the rest of the part remains lightweight aluminum. This helps in minimizing the overall weight of the part while maximizing strength and/or impact resistance where needed most. In summary the molded inserts can be both a powerful engineering advantage as well as a potent cost benefit.

The Advantages of Permanent Mould Casting
High Strength
In permanent mould the molten aluminum is poured into a metal mould that rapidly chills the aluminum. This causes the meal to solidify into a very fine-grain structure free of porosity and trapped gasses. In turn this gives the castings superior metallurgical properties, a high degree of pressure tightness and an over 10% strength advantage over sand castings.

Less Machining
Machining is a costly operation. We strive to eliminate machining and its cost by providing close dimensional control, a smooth finish and total repeatability. Switching from other methods of casting to permanent mould has cut our customers machining costs dramatically.

Flexible Quantities
We can meet your most demanding requirements with flexible production-run quantities. Minimum casting quantities as low as 250 pieces to large batches as high as 20,000 pieces can be effectively planned.

Low Cost
The greatest advantage of our castings is our low piece and tooling costs. Reduced machining gives our customers a low piece cost, while we ensure lower tooling costs through innovative tool design. Our skilled engineers use their years of experience and extensive knowledge to produce innovative mould designs that result in tooling costs comparable to sand castings. See for yourself; send us a drawing to Quote today! Compare our tooling cost and notice the difference.

Fine Surface Finish
Our castings have a finish that is fine and smooth. In addition our castings also have a clean silvery appearance that eliminates the need for costly operations like polishing.

Moulded Inserts
One of the most unique advantages of our permanent mould process is the ability to cast moulded inserts. We have the capability to cast inserts in required shapes, sizes and materials into our permanent mould aluminum castings.

Cloce Tolerances
Our castings are made in metal moulds so dimensional variation from piece to piece is negligible and close tolerance is consistently held. Because of our ability to achieve the highest casting accuracy and precision, we have successfully cast many parts that have been used without machining resulting into remarkable savings for our customers.

Process Control
Process control is key to guaranteeing high-quality castings. We strive for Zero-Defects by continuously monitoring all the processes and performing a 100% final visual inspection to make sure only the highest quality castings reach our customers.

Complex Shapes
Our moulds are machined out of blocks of high grade steel. We have the capability to cast aluminum parts having complex shapes using intricate coring technique etc.
