Today the essence is on faster development of products and components to stay ahead in the ever-competitive business environment. With this philosophy in mind the company in joint venture established a tool room facility. The new facility has state of the art machinery including a 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center with Linear Motors and incorporating the latest 840D controller from Siemens. The machine is a capable of High Speed Machining to very high accuracies including machining of negative angles in a single setting. i.e. the machine has the capability to machine impellers upto 360mm diameter and 60 Kgs., weight. Apart from VMC the company has Precision Universal Grinder (Internal External), Surface Grinders, Tool & Cutter Grinder, Milling Machines etc.
The tool room has in-house design facilities and employs the use licensed Autocad and UniGraphics NX2 design software’s for CAD / CAM. |

| Inspection |
The company has a Standard Room equipped with test and measuring equipments to measure almost all the parameters of pistons with greater degree of accuracy. All pistons are subject to 100% visual inspection and dimensional inspection of critical parameters prior to dispatch. The pistons manufactured thus shall confirm strictly to customer’s requirements i.e. mechanical, chemical, physical and micro requirements as per the International Standards.
All gauges, measuring and test equipments are subject to periodic calibration to International Accredited Calibration Laboratory. Gauge R&R for critical measuring parameters conducted as per Quality Plan. |
