All pistons at Cast & Alloys are manufactured on CNC & Special Purpose Machines. Pre-production planning sets the tone for quality throughout the manufacturing process, from Foundry melt checks and metallurgical analysis to machining on automated and dedicated machines, governed by Statistical Process Control that set’s the beat for a lock-step march of identical parts, each on a qualitative twin / replica of the one before.

Full automation is instituted wherever it is consistent with improvements in cost and quality. The pistons are subject to online inspection and Statistical Process Control.

The product features are modified according to national and international standards, which help in improving overall product quality and efficiency resulting in its smooth functioning at higher loads than specified. The main characteristic feature of our products is strict conformance to customer’s specifications and drawings.
