Casting Aluminum for today’s high performance pistons is a demanding science. All castings are cast on Automatic Die Casting machine in multi-part permanent steel molds. All incoming raw materials are inspected for strict adherence to Company Standards prior to taking them into production and casting quality is continuously proven through routine testing of tensile strength, hardness, fluorescent penetrant inspection etc. Heat Treatment of castings is carried out in Furnaces equipped with latest Programmable Temperature Controllers.
